Admission Process
Stage 1: Parent Enquiry and Application
- Reach out to us with your initial enquiry.
- Complete and submit the application form.
Stage 2: Entrance Assessment
- Your child will undergo an entrance assessment to determine their placement.
- Parent Interview: We will schedule an interview with the parents to discuss your child’s needs and our offerings.
- Acceptance/Denial of Placement: We will inform you of the admission decision.
Stage 3: Submission of Documentation
- Provide all necessary documents for enrollment, including birth certificate, previous school records, and any other required forms.
Stage 4: Payment of Fees
- Complete the payment of tuition and other relevant fees.
Stage 5: Orientation
- Attend an orientation session to familiarize yourself and your child with our school environment and policies.
Important Note for Parents
In accordance with our safeguarding policy, TMHS will only communicate with a parent or legal guardian regarding a child's admission. If the child is not in the care of their parent, the school requires a letter of authorization from the parent stating that the adult is authorized to act on their behalf in the affairs of the child. Attached to this letter should be a copy of the child's birth certificate and a copy of the parent's ID.
